Application

Structure
Rotary drum dryer is mainly composed of cylinder, front ring, back ring, gear, supporting roller, dragging roller, discharging device, lifting board, reducer, motor, hot air channel, loading chute, furnace. We can also design coal gas producer, combustion chamber, bucket elevator, belt conveyor, constant feeder, cyclone dust catcher, draft fan.
Rotary Drying Machine Working Principles
1 Rotary Dryer is made up of cylinder, lifting plate, transmission, supporting devices and others.
2 Based on reasonable layout an alternate angle-change equally spaced in cylinder, the lifting plate scatters the wet material inside rotating cylinder.
3 Hot air flow turns water into steam letting into air, and aimed dry material is achieved.
